PRE-ORDERS
Pre-Order Items – Coming Soon
This collection features upcoming releases and items that are not yet in stock. Each product listing includes an estimated arrival date (ETA).
Important Shipping Information:
- Multiple pre-orders in one order: All items will ship together once everything arrives
- Separate orders (recommended): Each item ships as soon as it arrives at our warehouse
- Mixing in-stock and pre-order items: If you order in-stock items with pre-orders, everything will ship together when all items arrive. To receive in-stock items immediately, place separate orders.
Pre-Orders with Partial Payment
For pre-orders placed using the partial payment option, an invoice for the remaining balance will be sent to your email once the item arrives. You must pay the remaining balance within 7 calendar days of the invoice date.
If payment is not received by the due date, your pre-order will be automatically canceled and the item returned to available stock. All payments already made will be forfeited and will not be refunded.
What to Expect:
- Check each product description for the estimated arrival date
- Your order will be fulfilled and shipped once the item arrives
- You'll receive an email with tracking information when your order ships
Please note: Release dates are estimates and may change due to production delays, shipping issues, or manufacturer updates. Prices are subject to adjustment based on import tariffs and will be confirmed before shipment.
