SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days
  • Custom or pre-order items may require 2-4 weeks (specific timelines noted on product pages)
  • You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships

Pre-Orders with Partial Payment

For pre-orders placed using the partial payment option, an invoice for the remaining balance will be sent to your email once the item arrives. You must pay the remaining balance within 7 calendar days of the invoice date.

If payment is not received by the due date, your pre-order will be automatically canceled and the item returned to available stock. All payments already made will be forfeited and will not be refunded.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Calculated at checkout
  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): Available at checkout

Diecast Collectibles

  • All diecast models are carefully packaged with protective materials to prevent damage during transit
  • Collectible-grade items ship in their original packaging when possible

Apparel Items

  • Print-on-demand apparel may ship separately from in-stock items
  • Estimated delivery: 7-14 business days for custom printed items

International Orders

  • Customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the buyer
  • International orders may experience delays due to customs processing
  • Tracking may be limited once packages enter destination country

Order Tracking

  • Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships
  • Allow 24 hours for tracking to update in the carrier's system

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to the United States and select international markets
  • PO Boxes accepted for most items
